The setting is accented by five (1-1.5mm, SI clarity, G color) natural, round cut diamonds.

Solid 14k yellow gold rope chain and lobster clasp. Total length is 18" with two shortening stations, one at 17" and one at 16". Signature Melanie Casey natural diamond drop on the chain.
